IT Program - Required Purchase
It is required by the Engineering school to purchase one of the laptops offered below, combined with a 4-year bundle. After selecting your computer, select your color and pick-up dates, and add it to your cart. Then return to this page and add your bundle.
The Information Technology Program at the University of Missouri requires entering students to purchase a specific computer package. All items in this package are available for purchase from TigerTech at the Mizzou Store. TigerTech offers academic pricing and the option of using the Student Finance Plan to pay for the package across four semesters. The package includes an Accidental Damage Warranty from Consumer Priority Services that covers repairs and can be utilized internationally. TigerTech supplies a replacement to use while a computer is being repaired so you are never without a computer to complete your coursework and projects.
The minimum requirement for the MacBook Pro is for it to have 256GB of internal SSD storage. Purchasing a MacBook Pro with 512GB of storage is also an option. MacBook Pros are available in Silver or Space Gray.
