Temporary Business Changes

In an effort to protect our customers and the campus community, The Mizzou Store is temporarily closed to in-store customers.   At this time we plan to reopen to the public on April 13th.

We will update this page with new information as it becomes available. Check back regularly for the most up-to-date information.

Online Orders

  • At this time, we are only filling online orders for items critical to the academic mission of the University.  These items include textbooks, computers (and technology accessories), and required academic supplies. 
  • We cannot offer in-store pick up for these essential items - all orders must be shipped.
  • Orders for other items will be placed on hold and filled at a later date. 
  • You will not be charged for your order until it is filled. 
  • For the health and safety of our employees we will only be shipping essential items once a week, which may result in a longer shipping time after your order is placed.

Computer Repairs

  • We are still accepting computers repairs on an appointment-only basis.
  • Contact our lead technician, Mike Birk, at birkm@missouri.edu to set up an appointment.
  • A technician will meet you outside of the Mizzou Store main entrance on Rollins Street to accept your computer at the designated time.

Textbook Sellback

Rental Returns

  • We are currently working on a plan to accept Spring Semester rental returns - please check back here for details.

Graduation Regalia

  • Changes to Spring commencement information can be found here.
  • You can still order regalia here.  We will not process your order until the store re-opens, and you will not be charged until your order is filled.
  • Given current circumstances, we will temporarily allow returns on regalia.  To start a return, click here.
