University Stores Director, Dale Sanders
Dale Sanders has worked at the University of Missouri since 2007, first as an assistant director of retail operations, and holding increasingly more challenging positions. In 2019, he was named the director of campus retail, where he oversees six retail stores across the state of Missouri and five eCommerce websites.

Sanders believes that course material affordability is a key contributor to student success and focuses the mission of University Stores to create course material programs that support this belief. For his work, Sanders has been recognized by the Independent College Bookstore Association as an innovator and been asked to serve in various board positions. He has also served on various industry and campus committees because of his expertise in rethinking course materials and accepting the challenge of making them more affordable. 

Dale holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the University of Central Missouri and a master’s degree in data science and analytics from the University of Missouri.

Terms and Information

  1. If you are enrolled in a class and it does not appear on our Comparison Shopping Page, we have not received a textbook order for that class yet. Information for the class will appear as soon as we receive the textbook order from the department.
  2. We will make every effort to fill your order as placed. If USED copies of your books are not available, we will automatically substitute NEW copies to ensure no delay in acquiring your course materials. The total amount charged to your card will reflect the changes.
  3. UPS Shipments: UPS Ground is our standard shipping method. Next day delivery is not guaranteed.
  4. In-Store Pickup: You have until the end of the third day of class to pick up your order, if your order was placed prior to the first day of class. After the first day of class, you have 3 business days after receiving your shipment confirmation to pick up your order.

Any online textbooks orders that are not picked up are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The charge will be applied to the payment method used on the initial order.

The price displayed on Apple computers, displays, and tablets is our special educational price available only to University students, faculty, staff, and alumni. You must be faculty, staff, alumni, or a student of the University to order this item.
